As a lightweight and cost effective alternative, plastic is used in many sectors of the electrical and electronics industry in battery cells to boost power and improve range, as semi-permeable membrane in battery separators or as a structural element and hardwearing insulator or replacing heavy metal elements in the transmission of electricity and adjacent wires, glossy hull systems for electrical products, production of sockets and switches require strong, ultraviolet-resistant components, which have to be resistant to high loads and wear.

In addition to offering plastic raw materials, such as polycarbonate, polycarbonate and ABS mixtures, polyamides, thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers, thermally conductive plastics and others, we support our partners in the electrical and electronic (E&E) industry by helping them meet the 21st century requirements for environmental sustainability, safety and reliability of the ready product. The materials used in the design and construction of electrical and electronic components manufactured today must meet higher and stricter requirements than ever before.

  • Polyamide 6 (PA 6) available in low, medium and high viscosity, UV and heat stabilized, glass fibers reinforced (also high impact), with glass beads, mineral fillers (talcum, kaolin, wollastonite), mixed fillers, impact modified, flame retardant UL94 V0 (also halogen free grades) with UL certification (yellow card)
     
  • Polyamide 66 (PA 66) available in low, medium and high viscosity, UV and heat stabilized, glass fibers reinforced (also high impact), with glass beads, mineral fillers (talcum, kaolin, wollastonite), mixed fillers, impact modified, flame retardant UL94 V0 (also halogen free grades) with UL certification (yellow card)
     
  • Polycarbonate (PC) available in low, medium and high viscosity, grades for general purposes, high flow, UV stabilization, glass fibers reinforced, flame retardant UL94 V0 (also halogen free grades) with UL certification (yellow card)
     
  • ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) available in different grades, for general purposes, galvanization, UV stabilized, glass fibers reinforced, flame retardant UL94 V0 and HB with UL certification (yellow  card)
     
  • Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) – available in different grades, UV and heat stabilized, glass fibers reinforced, with glass-beads, mineral charges, mixed fillers, impact modified, flame retardant UL94 V0 (also halogen free grades) with UL certification (yellow card)
     
  • Polycarbonate/ABS (PC/ABS) available with different percentages of PC, UV stabilization, glass fibers reinforced, flame retardant UL94 V0 (also halogen free grades) with UL certification (yellow card)
     
  • PBT/Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (PC/ASA) available in different grades, UV and heat stabilized, glass fibers reinforced, with glass-beads, mineral charges, mixed fillers, impact modified, flame retardant UL94 V0 (also halogen free grades) with UL certification (yellow card).
     
  • Polycarbonate/ Polyethylene terephthalate (PC/PET) available with different percentages of PET, UV stabilized, impact modified.
     
  • PET compounds аvailable in different grades, heat stabilized, glass fibres reinforced, flame retardant UL94 V0 (also halogen free grades) with UL certification (yellow card) and in compliance with the french method NF F 16-101.
     
  • Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) SEBS, TPV, SBS and TPO grades, which can be used for automotive parts, wire and cable insulation, they can be tailored to customers request, as they can be transparent, colored, with and without fillers, with improved adhesion to PA, ABS, PS and PC engineering plastics, applicable to FDA regulations, antistatic compounds, flame retardant grades UL 94 V-0, V-1, V-2
     
  • Flame retardant additives and compounds UL 94 - HB, V-0, V-1, V-2, 5VB and 5VA
     
  • Masterbatches, high performance engineering masterbatch - suitable for use in PA, PEEK, PMMA, PET, PBT, PC, PBT, TPE and others.
     
  • Universal masterbatches allowing the coloring of different chemically structured types of polymers
     
  • ESD Electrical conductivity grades specially crafted to provide compounds for applications where varying degrees of permanent electrical conductivity are required.
     
  • Thermal compounds, developed to offer design engineers alternative material solutions to metals or ceramics by overcoming the low thermal conductivity of polymers, using thermally conductive filler components in compound formulations.
