In line with our strive for quality, we have developed and implemented in all our commercial offices and warehouses prodedures and management systems to the following ISO standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 js the world's most recognized quality management standard
- ISO 14001:2015 is the internationally recognized standard for environmental management systems (EMS)
- ISO 45001:2018 is the world's first international standard for the efficient organization of occupational health and safety
These ISO certifications are aligned with the latest international requirements and allow us to maintain a comprehensive, systematic, and traceable approach, ensuring continuous improvement in distribution processes, workplace safety, storage, customer service, and sustainability.
Additionally, we believe that true quality is achieved by combining these three key objectives:
- Satisfying customer requirements, which may include specific functions or features that the customer deems necessary for the product.
- Maintaining a clear strategic direction for the company, determining this focus we take into account both – our vision and company values
